The bed was very comfortable and big. The pool area is fantastic with sun all day long. the location of the hotel is superb. Although there is a long driveway to the entrance of the hotel, most restaurants in Nusa Dua will pick you up and drop you off for free. All you meed to do is pre-plan where you want to eat and Whatsapp them. Breakfast at the hotel was nice and there was a good variety. The hotel offer a free shuttle service to and from the beach. You can also hire bikes from the hotel which are extremely cheap (50,000 IDR = approx £3 for a day or you can hire them for half the price for 6 hours). We hired the bikes for 6 hours. this was a perfect amount of time to cycle down to the coastal path and explore along the coast. We even had a few hours at the beach with the bikes. I can’t praise the staff at the hotel enough. They are very polite and like to chat. They really are a credit to the Mecure Franchise.

Pool area beautiful and relaxing, great gym and big selection at Breakfast. I had a ground floor pool access room which I loved as I liked listening to the music and close to bar. Loved the complimentary regular beach shuttle. The beach was beautiful, much quieter and cleaner than others I had previously visited (Sanur, Kuta, Legian). It was 5 minute walk to laundry, shops and Restaurants. I would love to return again.

1. clean 2. helpful stuff 3. tasty breakfast 4. nice territory and location 5. good service 6. nice rooms it was a really great experience, especially communication with stuff: they’ve been helpful and even supportive. absolutely loved it. even though I’m tough and complain all the time, manager Manies calmed me down and made it all work. I even stayed few more days. p.s. find the bottle opener near the hair dryer (see the picture)

i love the pool its huge and superb, the gym a lot of equipment compared to other hotels, great food, easy access to the beach and malls since they have a a free shuttle that will bring you there, staff were very kind and hospitable.
